Meet Brooke

What can I say? I’m a sucker for punishing training blocks, ridiculously long events, and big adventure. I live for the grind of endurance sports—the kind that push you to the brink of collapse and demands everything from your body and mind. Whether it’s running, skiing, cycling, or something wild in between, I love it all.

I also know that next-level performance doesn’t happen by accident—it’s fueled with purpose. A dialed-in nutrition and hydration plan can change the game entirely, and my passion is helping athletes unlock their full potential through smart, personalized fueling strategies.

From skiers and trail runners to hunters, cyclists, triathletes, team sport athletes, and ice climbers—I’ve built fuel plans for them all. If it’s a sport that requires grit, I’m here for it.

My Background

In 2012, after earning my Master’s Degree in Nutrition and becoming a Registered Dietitian, I launched my first sports nutrition business: Fuel to the Finish. Over time, my practice evolved into what is now Grit Sports Nutrition—with a home base in beautiful Montana and a strong online presence serving athletes across the country.

It’s been an honor to guide athletes through major milestones like:
Cocodona 250, Leadville, Ultraman, 70.3 & Kona Ironman World Championships, Boston Marathon, San Diego 100, Breck Epic, Dirty Kanza, World Marathon Challenge, 29029 Everesting, Badwater Salton Sea... and many more.

I welcome athletes of all levels—from first-timers to seasoned pros.

Life Outside Of Work

When I’m not helping clients crush goals, I’m out soaking up the mountains of Montana with my kids—or visiting my hometown of Scottsdale. I’m obsessed with all things movement: running, hiking, cycling, triathlon, skate skiing, snowboarding, football, and horseback riding. You could definitely call me a sports fanatic.
