Nutrition Coaching
All athlete types and levels are welcome- recreational to elite! Multiple packages to choose from. The sessions are 1-on-1 and last 60 minutes. The personalized information you will learn is invaluable and life-changing.
Sweat Testing
Stop guessing when it comes to your electrolyte intake! A non-invasive, non-exercise test that measures the amount of sodium you lose via sweat. A true game changer for you and your performance!
Blood Testing
