Each option has a 3-month minimum commitment, with the option to extend. Nutritional changes require time, and 3 months minimum will provide the best return on your investment. A complimentary consultation call is offered for all packages; the scheduling link can be found below.
FOUNDATIONAL FUELING - $225/month
This program is perfect for athletes who only need structured oversight and periodic adjustments.

This program is designed for athletes who desire a moderate level of interaction and support on a bi-weekly basis.

+ Bi-weekly 30-minute calls (1 hour/month)
+ Bi-weekly data/log review
+ Plan adjustments aligned to training cycles
+ Race day strategy development and test sessions

ELITE RACE PREP - $600/month (no sweat test), $667/month (with sweat test)
This program is ideal for athletes targeting major races/events, PR attempts, and/or those who want high-touch support.

+ Weekly 30-minute calls or extended strategy sessions (2 hours/month)
