All athlete types and levels are welcome- beginner to professional. Choose from a 3, 4, or 6-month package. In our 1-on-1 sessions, we’ll create your daily fuel plan, cover fueling and hydration around training, and focus on putting it all into practice. Got a race or event coming up? We’ll nail down your race day fuel and hydration plan too. You’ll gain better energy, stronger performance, and a boost in overall health, with a strong likelihood of improved body composition. If you desire continued support and accountability after the package is complete, a monthly maintenance option is available. I recommend 3 months minimum for best return on investment, but am able to do one-off sessions in special circumstances.
