Meet Brooke

Oh how I love the beauty and torture of endurance sports! I enjoy pushing myself to the brink of collapse and seeing everything my body and mind are capable of. A solid fuel plan can take you so much farther than training alone, and my passion is to help my clients unleash their true potential, whatever their sport may be. Whether you are a skier or a runner, a hunter or a cyclist, a team sport athlete or an ice climber, I have the fuel plan for you.

My family and I split time between Arizona and Montana. I love running, hiking, cycling, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, football and most of all my family, which includes three of the cutest kids around.

In 2012, after completing my Master’s Degree in Nutrition and becoming a Registered Dietitian, I started a sports nutrition consulting business called Fuel to the Finish. My business has evolved over time and is now called Grit Sports Nutrition, with a presence in both Arizona and Montana. It’s been a true honor to help my clients prepare for and excel through epic events such as Leadville, Ultraman, the 70.3 Ironman World Championship, the Kona Ironman World Championship, the Boston Marathon, the San Diego 100, the Breck Epic, the Dirty Kanza, the World Marathon Challenge, 29029 Everesting, Badwater Salton Sea and many, many more. I welcome all levels - novice to pro.
