“ I set a big goal when I got into the Ridge Run (RR). With just 6 weeks until the race, Brooke helped me develop and dial in the fuel plan quickly. I felt so good during the race - I was hydrated, didn’t cramp and had great energy. Even more importantly, I felt good after. Everyone told me the RR would destroy me for at least a week. I felt solid and actually jogged a few times that week. I attributed that to fueling properly, staying hydrated and following the plan that we developed. And an ice bath, LOL. Two weeks prior to RR, I PR’d the Jim Bridger Trail Run by 20 minutes while testing out my fuel plan. Thank you to Brooke for her expertise, support and for believing in me”.
